How Do I Upload an Image to WordPress?

The need for your website to have images is usually a must. Images can further explain what your website is for, and the products and services that you offer. Most websites have several images with the purpose to enhance that design of the website.

Adding images to your post not only helps you to get the point of your content across, but it also adds to your site’s look and overall completeness. To upload an image into your post, you can simply drag a picture directly from your desktop into your content editor. Your image will automatically be uploaded and selected so you can adjust the settings for that image. Alternatively, you can go to upload a file by selecting “Add Media” just above the text editor on the left side and select the upload files option in order to upload images. When you are happy with your selection and the settings for that selection, just click “Insert into Post”, and you are finished!
