Before you send money
Criminals send fake wire instructions. They copy a real company’s name, and sometimes a real email thread, and give you a different bank account. A wire is very hard to get back once it leaves your bank.
So please confirm our instructions by phone before you send anything. Call us at 402-813-4034. Do not use a phone number that appears only in the same message as the instructions.
If anything looks different from what we told you, stop and call us before you send the wire.
Good to know
A wire transfer is for larger invoices. For a smaller invoice, a card or a money order is usually faster and easier.
Your bank charges a fee for the wire, and the sender pays it. Ask your bank what it will cost before you start.
After you send the wire, give us the confirmation or reference number. It helps us match your payment to your invoice.
