What we need from you
To build your site, we need four things. They are your text, your pictures, your colors and a basic idea of the design you like.
Gathering the text and the pictures is usually the slow part. We have pictures you can use on your site, but your own photos always work best. We can also write the text for you. Still, you know your business better than anyone, so your own words often read best.
The build takes 3 to 5 days
Once you give us your content, our Omaha web design process takes 3 to 5 days. A new website with up to 5 pages plus a contact page costs $300.
We build the pages, set up your contact form and check how the site looks on a phone. Then we send you a link to review. You tell us what to change, and we fix it.
How to get your site done faster
A little prep on your side saves days. Follow these steps before we start.
Decide on your pages
Pick up to 5 pages, such as Home, About, Services and Pricing. Keep the first list short, because you can add pages later.
Write your key details
Send your business name, your services and your contact details. Include your hours and your service area.
Gather your pictures
Collect your logo and a few good photos. If you have none, tell us and we will pick pictures for you.
Show us sites you like
Send links to two or three sites you admire. This tells us your taste faster than a long talk.
Send it all in one email
One complete email beats five small ones. It keeps everything in one place and avoids mix-ups.
Answer questions the same day
When we ask something, a quick reply keeps your site moving. A slow answer can add a day or more.
What slows a build down
The most common delay is missing content. We cannot finish a page until we have its text and pictures.
Another delay is a long list of changes late in the build. Adding a sixth or seventh page also takes more time. If you plan to grow your site, tell us at the start.
A third delay is slow feedback. We send you a draft, and the clock waits until you reply. Check the draft within a day or two if you can.
What happens after the build
After you approve the site, we help you put it online. Your site needs a home, and our web hosting includes free SSL, daily backups and security monitoring.
