What we can set up on your server
We prefer cPanel hosting, but we can set up Plesk as well. We can set up WHM, hosting packages, websites and cPanel if you need them.
We can also install your special applications. We know Apache, SQL and PHP.
A cPanel server gives you a simple control panel for sites, email and databases. It also makes it easier to add more websites later.
How long does setup take?
We can usually finish the setup in a few hours. The time depends on how long your nameservers and domains take to propagate.
Propagation is the time it takes the internet to learn your new settings. We cannot speed it up, but we can tell you what to expect.

Approve the quote
We send you a quote for the setup before we start any work.
Point your domains
After setup, you update the domain name servers so visitors reach the new server.
Who pays for what
If your server is with GoDaddy or any other company, you pay that company's charges. Our work is separate.
We prefer to host your website ourselves. Our cPanel hosting costs $149 a year for WordPress and other CMS sites and $129 a year for non-CMS sites.

What if something goes wrong?
Most problems come from wrong DNS records or a firewall blocking a port. We check both first.
We test each website after setup. We also check that email and SSL work before we call the job done.
Keep a copy of your server login in a safe place. Change the root password after we finish if you shared it with us.
If you ever want to move your sites to our hosting later, we can do that too. Just ask.
Training and help
We are also glad to help with your online IT needs on servers from other companies. We offer optional training for the software.
