Once the domain appears, you can manage it through a portal with direct access.
Find your nameservers
Your nameservers are in your welcome email. Save that message.
Change nameservers if needed
You can change the nameservers or the contact information yourself in the portal.
Why changes take up to 24 hours
After you change nameservers, the update can take up to 24 hours to spread worldwide. This is normal. It is how the DNS system works.
During that time some people may see your old site and some may see the new one. Do not change the settings again. Wait a full day first.
A common mistake is to change the settings twice because nothing seems to happen. That only restarts the wait. Make one change, then give it a full day.
You can check progress by opening your domain on your phone using mobile data, and then on your home Wi-Fi. If the two show different pages, the update is still spreading.
